SECURED 80 MILLION FOR THE TURNTABLE AND THE STREET IN NOVO SELO

This week in Palilula Municipality will be enrolled as a great success of management and residents of this organization of local self government and City of Nis in achieving infrastructural projects that were discussed and promised for years but works never to start. It is big pleasure that today, in the presence of my colleague, management of the City, management of PE Roads of Serbia, Enterprise for Roads Nis, I can announce beginning of works on the regulation of turntable near the Court of Appeals and the street “Toplicki Partizanski Odredi” in Novo Selo – said at a ceremony Prof Dr Igor Novakovic, President of City Municipality of Palilula. Value of this works, in first phase, is about 80 million of RSD. President of Palilula Municipality is on this occasion gave recognition of Municipality, to the Zoran Drobnjak, Director of public enterprise “Roads of Serbia” and expressed appreciation for support to initiative of Municipality and to Branko Ruzic, member of Parliament and Chief of deputy group SPS – JS.

To the ceremony near the Court of Appeals attended and Prof Dr Mile Ilic, President of Assembly of City of Nis, members of City Council Miodrag Radovic, Srdjan Vaskovic, Dusica Davidovic; Head of Nisava Administrative District Dr Alexander Cvetkovic, Slavoljub Vlajkovic, Director of PE “Nisstan” and Branislav Jovanovic, Executive Director of PE “Directorate for City Land Development”, President of Municipality Gadzin Han, Sasa Djordjevic and representative of Municipality Doljevac Dragoslav Stankovic, as and management of Assembly and members of the Council of City Municipality of Palilula, representatives of Citizens` Coucil, members of Assembly and representatives of organization of civil society.

According to Milutin Gasevic and Nenad Ilic from Enterprise for Roads Nis, on the turntable near the Court of Appeals will be built three – line road, sidewalk and it will be regulated traffic signals and in Novo Selo, will be paved street “Toplicki Partizanski Odredi” length 500 meters and made sidewalk.

In meeting with citizens of Novo Selo, during the visit of main street in this settlement, that will finally, after reconstruction get a new look, President Novakovic said, that because of bureaucratic relation many investments delayed. For many it is waiting to meet statutory requirements. Case of tender for the construction of storms sewers to drain waste water in Novo Selo, which it is not announced for three months and funds are provided, says about efficiency and responsibilities of competent institution.
